How this assistant is tested
The evaluation harness is the point of this project. A full research run has 186 production-core cases plus 15 experimental Tagalog stretch cases across nine suites — groundedness, refusal, eligibility edge cases, Spanish parity, and freshness — scored by deterministic checks and an independent LLM judge, one that differs from the model writing the answers.
Committed promoted baseline: 192 of 201 passed (95.5%). This is the reproducible comparison point in the repository, not the latest observed run.
Latest observed run: 190 of 201 overall; 175 of 186 production-core cases. Its cross-agency suite is below the promotion gate, so the current evaluation status is red and this run has not replaced the baseline.
